Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Shipping Policies
Readsters makes every reasonable effort to ship materials in a timely manner, generally within 5 business days from the date of payment.

Materials can be shipped to any street mailing address in the Continental United States. Shipping to a PO Box is not available.

Refunds and Returns
If you are dissatisfied with your order of any tangible materials for any reason, you can return unused items within 30 days for a prompt refund or exchange.

Include the packing slip in the return package and indicate the reason for the return. If you are exchanging the materials, include an order form for the new materials.

For proof of delivery, we recommend that you return items via UPS or insured USPS. Send materials to be returned or exchanged to:

If you have an exchange and the shipping and handling charges are the same dollar or greater amount as the original purchase, shipping and handling charges from the original purchase will be applied to the exchange.

If you are returning materials without an exchange, the original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Downloadable products are final sales and no refund or exchange is available for downloadable products.
